Strength in Body & Mind

Hi, I'm Vanessa and I offer personalised training for women in a welcoming home gym in Lower Bourne, Farnham. Specialising in one-on-one coaching, I provide the motivation and guidance needed to achieve your fitness goals, whether it's improving overall fitness, building strength, enhancing flexibility, or losing weight.

With a focus on the unique needs of the female body throughout life, we'll collaboratively set realistic goals, addressing various challenges such as self-esteem, menopause-related issues or the impacts of ageing. My training approach centres on strength training, which not only improves muscle tone and joint protection but also supports flexibility, balance, and counters age-related muscle loss.

To kickstart your fitness journey, I offer a free half-hour session to assess your needs, discuss goals, and even put you through a personalised workout if you're up for it. Let's work together to achieve happiness, health, and strength, regardless of age!
